Short version:we quote a fixed price for a fixed scope. You pay 100% upfront. We commit to delivering within the weeks we quoted. If we're late past the committed deadline, you're owed a prorated refund. If we no-show kickoff or unilaterally cancel, you get a full refund. No hidden fees, no scope creep without your written OK.
1. Using this site
You agree to use hydras.ai in good faith. Don't abuse the AI intake (prompt injection, automated spam, impersonation). We rate-limit and block suspicious activity, and conversations flagged as abuse are archived for review.
2. Quotes + binding agreement
When we send you a quote, it's a fixed-price, fixed-scope offer valid for 14 days from the send date. Accepting and paying the quote creates a binding agreement between you and Hydras, covering:
- the full scope listed on the quote page (what we build)
- the exact price shown (no hidden fees; tax-inclusive)
- the delivery window in weeks, starting from kickoff
- the assumptions and exclusions listed on the quote
No separate Statement of Work is required — the quote + these Terms are the agreement. Your consent event (timestamp + IP) is recorded when you confirm and pay.
3. Payment
Payment is 100% upfront via Stripe (card) or Malaysian bank transfer / Wise, at the price shown on your quote in the quoted currency. Prices are tax-inclusive. We start work within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Delivery guarantee
We commit to delivering the scope within the weeks quoted, starting from the kickoff date we agree on. “Delivery” means the deliverables listed on the quote are handed over (code pushed to your repository, artifacts shared, documentation provided).
If we deliver late(past the committed end date) due to reasons within Hydras's control, you're owed a prorated refund: 5% of the paid amount per business day late, up to a maximum of 50%. Lateness caused by client delays (waiting on your content, credentials, approvals, or responses to questions) pauses the clock. We'll call out paused time in writing.
If we unilaterally cancel the project (bandwidth change, we realize we can't deliver the scope, etc.), you get a full refund of any unearned portion, prorated against work already delivered.
5. Refund policy
Refunds are owed in these cases:
- Full refund: we fail to show up at scheduled kickoff and don't reschedule within 48 hours; we unilaterally cancel before starting work; gross non-delivery (nothing was built).
- Prorated refund (5%/day, max 50%): we deliver past the committed deadline (see §4).
- Partial refund at our discretion: scope delivered is materially short of what was quoted (bugs blocking core function, missing scope items we didn't flag).
Refunds are NOT owed in these cases:
- You change your mind after work has started.
- You want scope not listed on the original quote (see §6).
- Delivery delays caused by client response time on questions, content, or approvals.
- Cosmetic preferences or subjective design feedback outside the agreed scope.
6. Scope changes
If you need something outside the original quoted scope, reply to your quote email. We'll send a short addendum quote with the new scope and price; once accepted and paid, it extends the agreement and the delivery deadline adjusts proportionally. We don't do uncharged scope creep — it's bad for both sides.
7. Project room (post-accept collaboration)
After acceptance, we open a private project room for you at hydras.ai/project/<your-token>. Inside, an AI collaborator asks focused questions about each feature. When you tap 👍 Looks right on a summary and an admin locks it, the resulting Agreed card becomes part of the project scope — both parties acknowledge it by action. Revisions are allowed any time; the original locked version is preserved and the newer version supersedes it. We operate under the most recently locked version at any moment.
8. Milestone approval
For multi-milestone projects, each milestone is confirmed either by your explicit click on the project page, or by silence after 7 days with 3 reminder emails (48h, 120h, 168h) when at least one of those emails was opened. Approved or silence-approved milestones are locked — we use those as the basis for the delivery guarantee in §4.
9. Intellectual property
All code, designs, and deliverables we produce under this agreement transfer to you upon final milestone approval (or after the 7-day silence window). You own it — we retain the right to use anonymized patterns and non-identifying details for our own learning and case studies. We never publish your business specifics without explicit permission.
10. What we won't do
We decline projects that hit our “won't touch” list (see the home page): payment processing internals, auth/security primitives, dead frameworks, apps without git history or adequate testing. We may decline any project at our discretion, even after a quote is sent, if we discover it does not match what was described — in which case you get a full refund.
11. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, email adrian@hydras.ai first — most things resolve in a reply or two. If we can't sort it out by email within 14 days, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Please don't initiate a card chargeback before emailing us — chargebacks cost both sides (and are harder to unwind than a polite email).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future engagements. Any quote you've already paid is locked to the version that was live when you paid (tracked as 2026-05-v1in our consent log). New terms only apply to new quotes.
13. Hydras Partners program
If you sign up as a partner at hydras.ai/partners, the following terms apply to any commissions you earn by referring paying clients to Hydras.
Commission rate. 10% of the quote amount the client pays us, in the same currency. We reserve the right to change the rate with 30 days' written notice; the rate in effect when a client pays is the rate you earn on that referral.
Vesting — paid on project completion. Commissions accrue when the referred client pays us, but only unlock for payout when we deliverthe project (i.e. when the quote's delivered date is set). This is the program's core promise: we never wire a commission on money we might still have to refund.
- Accrued: client paid; your commission is locked in but not yet payable.
- Approved: we delivered the project; the commission is queued for wire.
- Paid: we wired the money to the bank account on your payout form.
Refunds. If a client refunds beforewe deliver, your commission silently voids — no money was ever wired, so there's nothing to claw back. If a client refunds afterdelivery and we already wired your commission, we'll contact you to resolve on a per-case basis; we retain the right to request a clawback.
Payout prerequisites. Before we can wire you, you must submit a one-time “Claim your earnings” form with your legal name, country of tax residence, national ID/passport, address, and bank details. Commissions with no payout form on file after 6 months of accrual — and at least 3 reminder emails — are voided (forfeit to Hydras).
Tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for income tax on commissions we pay you. For Malaysian partners we file LHDN Form CP58 annually as required, using the details you provide on the payout form; you receive a copy. Partners outside Malaysia should consult their local tax authority — we do not file on your behalf in other jurisdictions.
Abuse rules. One partner account per person. Self-referrals are allowed for genuine second projects (under admin review); gaming via multiple accounts, fake leads, or bot traffic voids all related commissions and may result in removal from the program. We flag duplicate national IDs automatically.
Client opt-in on visibility. Your partner dashboard shows activity from leads you referred. Client identity (name, company, email) is visible to you only ifthat client explicitly opts in when they submit the intake form. Otherwise you see only the stage (e.g. “build phase”) — no identifying details.
Dispute resolution. Admin determination on attribution, hold decisions, and forfeitures is final in the first instance. If you disagree, email adrian@hydras.ai within 30 days and we'll review in good faith.
Modification or termination. We may modify these terms or end the partner program with 30 days' notice to active partners (email to the address on file). Already-accrued commissions at the time of termination continue to vest and pay out under the terms in effect when they accrued; no new accruals after the termination date.
14. Hydras Autoport service terms
Autoport (the “Powered by hydras.ai” widget + admin panel) is included free for 30 days after we deliver a build. After the trial, it continues under a paid plan if you choose to subscribe. We operate it on a best-effort basis: no uptime SLA, no guaranteed response time, no guarantee that a reported issue will be fixed.
Client obligations. You agree to disclose in your own site's privacy policy that Hydras processes technical data (error reports, breadcrumbs, submitted feedback) on your behalf. A pasteable boilerplate is in your repo at content/autoport-privacy-boilerplate.md. You also agree not to intentionally submit sensitive personal data (health info, financial account numbers, government IDs) through the widget; we only capture technical information needed to diagnose bugs.
Data handling. We store Autoport data per our Privacy Policy. End users can request deletion at hydras.ai/autoport/privacy-request; we forward these requests to you when applicable and action them within 7 days.
Branding. The “Powered by hydras.ai” chip may be hidden on paid plans, but the business-separation disclaimer inside the report panel is non-hideable regardless of plan. This protects both parties: users understand reports go to Hydras (the platform) rather than to you (the business).
Termination. Either party may terminate Autoport with 30 days' notice. On termination we archive the app (widget stops working immediately, admin data retained 90 days then permanently deleted, export available on request).
